Camilla Parker Bowles attended a party without her husband, Prince Charles.

The Duchess of York returned to London alone after Prince Charles opted to stay in Wales. As a result, Camilla attended an evening party to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Man Booker Prize on her own.

[post_ads]The duchess was spotted mingling with guests with a drink in her hand at Buckingham Palace. She also posed for a picture with the former Man Book Prize winners Peter Carey, Julian Barnes, David Grossman, Kiran Desai, Alan Hollinghurst, Marlon James, Paul Beatty, Howard Jacobson, Naipaul, Ben Okri and Eleanor Catton.

Earlier this week, the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall were spotted at their Welsh home enjoying an evening of music and drama. Prior to that, the couple visited Llangwm in Wales for its annual festival fortnight.

Prince Charles and Camilla were also introduced to two magnificent Shire Horses at the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm in Pembrokeshire. During the said outing, Camilla was given a tour of the Pembrokeshire farm while the Prince of Wales met the congregation and schoolchildren during a visit to St. Gwenog's Church in Llanwenog.

In related news, just recently Camilla appeared on "MasterChefAustralia" where she revealed Prince Charles' favorite food. Camilla also shared what should never be served to the royals.

"He loves, loves local cheeses," Camilla told the judge Gary Mehigan about Prince Charles' favorite food. "He's a huge cheese fan, anything to do with cheese, he will love."

Aside from cheese, the Prince of Wales couldn't resist "anything with eggs, with a bed of a lot of local vegetables. "He's love that. You'd definitely see a smile," Camilla added.

When it comes to royal gatherings, Camilla revealed that garlic is a big "no-no." "I hate to say this, but garlic. Garlic is a no-no," the duchess said.
Darren McGrady, a royal chef at Buckingham Palace also said of the same thing about garlic. According to him, the Queen doesn't include it on her menu.

"We can never serve anything with garlic or too much onions. The Queen would never have garlic on the menu," McGrady said.
